Deposition / Trial Testimony: $2,500.00 per hour (Minimum 2hr charge) 

* DME observer Fee MUST BE PAID 2 days PRIOR to Observer appearing at Plaintiff's DME. DME observer will not appear at Plaintiff's DME without prior payment.  
 
* Plaintiff's attorney or case handler must notify Josephine E. Hernandez,  (Observer) in writing via electronic mail at jrhernandez.ca@gmail.com of any cancellation(s) of Client's DME at least 24 hours prior to the examination. Failure to notify will result in a cancellation fee of the applicable appearance fee payable to Josephine E. Hernandez or Genesis E. Hernandez, (Observers) as invoiced.
 
* Josephine E. Hernandez, (Observers) reserve the right to engage an associate Observer to appear at Plaintiff's  DME should the need arises for any reason including but not limited to a scheduling conflict, illness or other.
